1. General Return Policy

As Soyaone Plus Oil is an edible food product, returns are generally not accepted due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned if:

  • The seal is broken

  • The packaging is opened

  • The product has been used

  • The product is stored improperly after delivery

  • Refund amount will not exceed the purchase value of the product.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Delays caused by courier beyond reasonable control
