By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

2. Pricing & Payments
Prices are determined by the respective marketplace (Amazon / Flipkart).
All payments are processed securely by the marketplace platform.
We do not store or access customer payment details.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed after confirmation from the marketplace.
Delivery timelines depend on logistics partners assigned by the marketplace.
Delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective marketplace platform.
Eligible cases may include:
Damaged product received
Leakage during transit
Incorrect product delivered
Customers must raise return requests through Amazon / Flipkart within the specified return window.
5. Product Usage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused due to improper storage after delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability

Delays caused by third-party logistics partners
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
